If I sign up today, when will I start?

You'll be added to the members only Facebook group and assigned your training profile straight away. I'll then reach out to you to book in our strategy call.

How long will I need to do this for?

That completely depends on the person, their goals and their current position. I've had clients that I've worked with for a short amount of time and others I've worked with for years. I do advise a minimum of 3 months to ensure we are able to make some positive changes and see results.

Do I have to join a gym? I don't feel comfortable going

Absolutely not! For me exercise is about doing something you enjoy and feel comfortable with and we'll work together to find out what that is for you. Lots of my clients have achieved amazing results by just focusing on their overall movement. Of course, I will also support you to build confidence to get to a gym if this is something you wish to do.
