I feel that even though it's been hard, I am learning that you can't go full throttle all the time every week and every day. Life has ebbs and flows and goals need to be adjusted to fit in with that. In the past I would go through a tough time and just say well sod it I'm not doing xyz any more so I'm rubbish. Now I know that dialling down isn't failure, its actually part of being successful because its adapting your goals to fit your needs in that moment which then encourages you to push forward once you have more energy/capacity/time.
LL&B is such an amazing space. I've learnt more about my mental health and how to protect it working with you two than I ever have before.

There were lots of times my watch buzzed at the end of the day as I'd done my 10k steps and I thought "oh wow, didn't even have to think about that" and other times where I'd pick up a yoghurt or fruit as a snack because I knew it would make me feel good and I genuinely wanted it rather than a chocolate bar or crisps - massive!! Equally there were times where I chose not to go to the gym, or I may have had a bag of Cadburys Dark Milk Buttons and I was completely ok with that decision, because I knew I wasn't pressing the "f*** it button", I knew that those decisions were what I needed at that time.

I know that I’m in control when it comes to how much I consume and it’s really empowering to get to the end of the week and find that pack of biscuits, or ice cream, or whatever it is is still there at the end of the week

- buy a wetsuit
- get it out of the packet!
- try it on
- allow someone to take a picture of me wearing said wetsuit
- been brave enough to share my pic with you guys
- feel confident enough to wear it
- and be genuinely excited to wear it when I go to Mull next month

There's probably a few things you're afraid of right now. It's what we see from all the ladies we work with before they join LL&B

More self belief and confidence
You feel amazing in what you wear and you treat yourself with the same respect that you would a friend
You have the tools, knowledge, accountability and support to be THE best version of you
