Here you can find a selection of recipe books and ideas to give you some inspiration for what to eat. If you find any good recipe books that include calorie information then please let us know and we can add them to this page.

We like to keep things as simple as possible, so here's a selection of recipes for breakfast, dinner and tea all using only 5 ingredients. 

There is also a My Fitness Pal scannable barcode. Please note if you are on your phone this isn't scannable. Scan from another device (laptop, iPad or someone else's phone) and make sure you save them for future reference.

Key is included to show vegetarian recipes.

RECOMMENDED RECIPE BOOKS

Food inspiration can be difficult so we've put together a good starter pack of recipe books for  you to go to. We would ALWAYS recommend tracking the calories yourselves,s as a few simple changes in ingredients can make a massive difference. As we said above, if there's any more that you'd like to add to the list then just drop us a message. We would also HIGHLY recommend BBC Good Foods app which has a HUGE selection of recipes that include calories and protein to help you pick.
